After the earthquake of February 2010, the chapel was declared uninhabitable and closed to the public due to the damage that affected its structure. In this context, the restoration project of the Chapel of Souls was commissioned by the Archdiocese of Santiago and benefited from the Heritage Funds of the National Council of Culture and the Arts. Survey studies, diagnosis, restoration projects, rehabilitation and new construction. Executed project.
